At Wētā Workshop Unleashed, you’ll journey into the world of horror, fantasy, and sci-fi filmmaking as you explore make-believe film sets and participate in a hands-on crafting workshop.

Then head to the Skyrail gondola, which you’ll board to take a journey through a pristine rainforest that spans Red Peak and Barron Falls stations’ dramatic mountain lookouts.

Follow the gentle sounds of the ukulele to tonight’s luau, a traditional Hawaiian feast under the stars and swaying palm trees. Once you’ve put on your lei, sit back and enjoy the Polynesian art form of hula, as dancers in grass skirts and flowing gowns perform in perfect time to the beat of the drum. A luau feast usually features chicken, fish, pork and a variety of fresh island fruits and vegetables, so be sure to bring your appetite.
